All our bed and breakfast rooms are comfortable en-suite with T.V. and tea making facilities. Own entrance and key onto the garden with the use of swimming pool and hot tub for your leisure.

We can serve home-made cakes and cream teas  on arrival with prior notice.

We offer a wide range of breakfasts such as traditional or continental.  We use local produce, home-made bread, tomatoes and vegetables from our own kitchen garden whenever possible. All meals are cooked to order on the morning of your stay.

Weather permitting breakfast can be taken in the garden.

We can provide  information on nearby activities water sports, walking, riding and golf. The New Forest Water Park is opposite us and offers all types of water sports, including waterskiing, wakeboarding, banana boat rides, inflatable tyres (donuts) and fishing for tench, catfish, carp.
